We decided to let you guys (and girls) know why Armatribes has been down for so long. Our host actually deleted our virtual server and backups, and made us a new virtual, before we had ANY chance to move the databases out.
This is a transcript from our host VPSLand about all the erver crashes and what they have replied us. There are only cut out personal information, everything else is completely uncencoured. We apologize all this trouble, we have moved the armatribes databases to a other computer in order to kill the server crashes. Hopefully Armatribes will have 99% uptime again!

Dear Tech Support
I have installed MSSQL 2008 and putted up some databases. But when i made some permissions i got disconnected with the error "Lost connection" Now i cant login to my server.
So these programs are installed:
MSSQL 2008
HMailEnable
FileZilla
IIS
The server is online, since the webpages are still running but it seems like something else is wrong. Can you guys please tjek it

you can see at this domain that the server is running.
The last thing i did was to make JMK owner of every database in MSSQL
What ever you do, DO NOT reinstall the server. EVERYTHING is on the server, all our 18 websites and i refuse to set it all up one more time. it takes over 2 days work.

The server is down again and needs to be restarted as fast as possible.
I have monitored the server and it looks like it uses far to many ram on the sql server.
Can someone please check why that is and is it possible to upgrade the ram?

The server is down again today!!!
It is not enought to just restart the server. We need to find out why the heck the server keeps going down. I am loosing customers every day!!!
Our old server only had 1 gb ram and it wasn't down at all in that year we had it.
Please restart the server as soon as posible and then see what the error is. Cant be right that the server is down every day!

Now the server is down again. its been down 7 times or so on less than a month.
Could you please restart the server, see if you can find the error and give me one month for free cause this is just to much.
My customers stopped buying gold in my browsergame cause they where affraid that the server is unstable and therefor they could loose thier gold on nothing.

The server is down again. You have crashed my 2 ½ years of work!
All my players are leaving. Have nothing left!
My company is going down and if its continues then we have to close down the company 1st feb!! WE SPEND TWO AND A HALF YEARS ON DEVELOPING THAT GAME!
RESTART THE SERVER ASAP and give the server to 4 GB ram, do what ever it takes to make that server RUN!!

The ongoing issue is caused by hardware failure.
Fyi, We have replaced the total RAM that was configured on the node.
We can migrate your server to a new node. We assure you of better uptime in this case. In this process the IP address of your old VPS will change and you will have to re-upload your data.

That would take my developer 8 hours to upload everything once again. That is a total cost for me of 300$ because vps land can give what they deliver?

Sorry, for that aweful sentence.
It takes 8 hours for my developer to setup the database, iis and copy all files once agian. that cost me a total of 300$. And that is what i should pay because vpsland cant give what they promissed?
Vpsland have costed me ALOT since we moved. i thinks its about time that vpsland shows ME that you guys want me as a customer and pay the 300$ to my developer
