Terms and conditions: 

§1 - General

By signing up and buying gold the trade conditions between 4 Tribes Studio Art and users who use the online service made available are accepted. 
Trading conditions are valid from the moment the user account is created and until the user account is terminated. Termination of the terms may, 
for example be the user deleting his profile or 4 Tribes Studio Art terminate the user for violation of game rules. 



§2 - Scope of supply and services 

2.1
4 Tribes Studio Art is an online service and it is the responsibility of the user to have the appropriate technical specifications, both hardware 
and broadband in order to achieve the right performance. 4 Tribes Studio Art is not responsible for the user’s equipment. Nor can 4 Tribes Studio 
Art be held responsible in case it appears to cause delays or other inconveniences, if the user does not have the right equipment. 

2.2
4 Tribes Studio Art reserves the right to reject users or shut down the opportunity to sign up. This paragraph is used, inter alia in case 
the server cannot accommodate more registered players. 

2.3
4 Tribes studio art reserves the right to shut down a server for a time without additional notification. Servers will inter alia be discontinued 
in case an error occurs, to correct errors, maintenance, upgrading the server or other issues which make it impossible for the 4 Tribes Studio 
Arts to provide access to the online service. 

2.4
User has no claim on settlement of the disadvantage caused by the failure of a service. 



§3 - Buying gold 

3.1
4 Tribes Studio Arts offers a free online service. However, it is possible to acquire advantages and benefits through purchase of the fictitious 
currency "gold". By buying gold the trade conditions are accepted by the user. The price of gold appears clearly on the gold page when the 
user purchases this service. 

3.2
When the user buys gold from 4 Tribes Studio Art in one of its online services, the user has 14 days of full right of return. Within these 
14 days of full right of return the following applies: 

3.2a
User has the right to undo a purchase and thus receive money back. It may take up to 14 days to receive money back.

3.2b
User loses the 14-day right of return in case the purchased gold has been used. Once users activate the gold features the purchased goods 
lose the right of return and are considered permanently purchased. 

3.2c
At any time the user have the right to use the service without the use of gold features. The user is not forced to buy gold for his player 
account. Additionally the user is not obligated to buy gold in case the user bought this previously. Users themselves can manage how much 
gold they want to buy and how much gold they want to use. 

3.2d
4 Tribes Studio Art does not reimburse lost gold profit in case the server is down during a period when the user has enabled gold feature. 
As described above, 4 Tribes Studio Art disclaims any responsibility in case the server is unavailable for a periode of time. 

3.2e
In case a user receives too little or too much gold, or too little or too much money is withdrawn from the account holder, we please ask 
to contact a gamesupporter who will investigate and refund the gold or money in case the user is entitled to this. 

3.2f - 4 Tribes Studio Art is not refunding money for any gold bought/lost while playing.



§4: Responsibilities 

4.1
4 Tribes Studio Art is not responsible for user's own property, such as computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse and other hardware. 

4.2
4 Tribes Studio Art shall not be liable for the user's health and therefore warns about the damages that may occur when using online services: 

4.2a
4 Tribes Studio Art would like to warn against flashing objects which can in the worst cases, trigger epileptic seizures 

4.2b
For longer-term use of online services, there might be damage, such as carpal tunnel syndrome and other injuries related to the use of mouse 
and keyboard. If the user begins to feel discomfort in the arms the user must seek out a physician. 

4.2c
There may be other similarities as fatigue discomfort in the eyes and pain in the back and neck. 4 Tribes cannot be held responsible for side effects. 

4.2d
There may be other types of side effects, and 4 Tribes Studio Art hold no responsibility and expect the users themselves to be able to administer 
the use which gives the most optimum conditions for the users body. 


§5: Personal information: 

5.1
Users commit themselves to keep secret personal information. Name, address, email, social security number and telephone number are all pieces 
of information that could lead to the user or otherwise abused. 4 Tribes Studio Art will never ask for this information. Card number and other 
sensitive information on your credit card will only be used for purchases with credit cards. This information will be encrypted so you have 
an assurance that others cannot see your information. 

5.2
By uploading images to the 4 Tribes Studio Art you validate that 4 Tribes Studio Art owns all rights to this picture. Downloading others 
profile / Allience pictures are not allowed.


§6: Rights 

6.1
4 Tribes Studio Art has the right to delete users without cautioned size if the player does not respect the official game or otherwise does not 
meet 4 Tribes studio arts trading conditions. 

6.2
4 Tribes Studio Art has the right to change both playing gaming content, terms and other material continuously and the player's own duty is 
to keep updated with the latest rules and terms and conditions.
